岡山天満屋 5階 美術ギャラリーでの作品展は、11月24日（月・振）をもちまして無事に終了いたしました。
会期中お立ち寄りくださった皆さま、そして日頃より応援してくださる皆さまに、心より御礼申し上げます。
「中川原哲治・恵子と里彩 染め 織り 紡ぎの布展 〜人と自然をつなぐ繭からの布〜」は、私たちにとって岡山天満屋で10回目の節目となる作品展でした。
初日には開店早々「待ってました！」と、常連のお客様やスタッフの方々にもお越しいただき、あたたかなスタートを切ることができました。
山梨の山あいの小さな工房で、繭から真綿、糸へ。染め、機にかけ、手仕事を重ねて布へ。
水も、桑の葉も、日々の暮らしの中にあるものから生まれた素材です。130年続く織物の伝統を受け継ぎながら、いまの暮らしに寄り添う一枚を、ひとつひとつ丁寧に織りあげています。
会場では、色や質感の違い、織りの揺らぎ、光の宿り方を、実際に手に取って確かめていただきながら、たくさんの対話の時間をいただきました。
それぞれの方の暮らしへ旅立っていった布たちが、これからの日々の中で、ゆっくりと「あなたの布」へ育っていきますように。
また岡山で皆さまとお会いできる日を楽しみに、山梨の工房で制作を続けてまいります。

“Dyeing, Weaving and Spinning Textiles –
From Cocoons that Connect People and Nature”

Our 10th exhibition at the Art Gallery (5th Floor), Okayama Tenmaya, came to a close on November 24, 2025.
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who visited and supported us throughout the show.
In our small family studio nestled in the mountains of Yamanashi, we spin silk from cocoons, dye the yarn with plants, and carefully weave each Textile by hand.
The water that dyes the yarn and the mulberry leaves that nurture the cocoons all come from our everyday life in the mountains—carrying on over 130 years of weaving tradition.
We were deeply thankful to meet both familiar faces and first-time visitors, and to share many conversations while you experienced the colours, textures, and light of our Textiles in person.
We will continue creating in our mountain studio, looking forward to meeting you again in Okayama someday. Updates on upcoming exhibitions will be shared on our website and social media.
